A Time Traveling Event
The concert kicked off with Nile Rodgers & CHIC transporting the crowd back to the 1970s, where the nation was getting down on the dance floor! CHIC had the audience grooving on their feet during the performance, obviously jamming. Nile Rodgers also reminded the audience of his musical contributions from the 1980s, 1990s & 2000s with hits like Like A Virgin (MADONNA), Let's Dance (David Bowie), To Get Lucky (Pharrell Williams), etc., in addition to their greatest hits - Le Freak, Good Times, I Want Your Love, etc.
Sleeping With Sirens burst onto the stage, much like they burst onto the American scene in the 1980s! Their hits - Wild Boys, Come Undone, Hungry Like The Wolf, A View To A Kill (James Bond film theme) & The Reflex - received standing ovations and screams from the audience.
